Inspection of Property
- Our team visits the property and check all necessary safety checking’s like condition of property, Electrical fittings, plumbing, gas safety, ventilating, and lighting systems, etc.
Pre-Tenancy Maintenance
- As a property owner, you are required to keep your property clean & maintained. We have professional in house team which is take responsibility of painting, electric work, plumbing work, etc. We make sure that your property is clean & maintained.
Finding New Tenants
- List your property on portals, Handle enquiries, shortlist interested tenants and verify their background, negotiate, or convince tenants, and get approval by owner to finalize tenants.
Agreement or contracts
- We coordinate with owners & tenants for completing legal work like rent agreement and Society formalities. We make sure that all formalities have completed before the tenants moves in the property.
Deposit Handling
- We take complete control of the renting process right from collecting the deposits from the tenants and transferring it to owner’s account; we also ensure that the possession is given to the tenant only after deposit is collected.
Rent Collection
- One of the most important considerations is rent collection. We take responsibility of monthly rent collection from tenants and transfer to owner’s account. We work with the support of debt collection agency and legal team so that help us to collect rent on time without any due by tenants.
On-demand Maintenance
- We have an in house and partner team of plumbers, electricians, designers, handymen, construction workers, etc. to provide complete maintenance services, from deep cleaning to painting as per your demand.
Property Inspection
- Our team visit and inspect the property with the permission of tenants and owners. If property needs any maintenance we inform to owner and complete the work.
End of tenancy
- Timely update tenants about end of tenancy period. We do inspection of property before returning deposit amount for appropriate deductions, If any. We act as a mediator between owner and tenant and help negotiate a resolution that work for you.
PPM agreement stands for Prism Property Management agreement. It is an agreement between property owner and Prism Professional Services which help us to manage or handle the property on the behalf of owner. It involves details like contract period, details of owner and property manager, property management fees, terms, and conditions, etc.
